This is just a sample workout routine, but here is the after burn effect workout routine in the video:
10 reps of each exercise

Ball Press Throw x 10
Sled Pull x10
Grappler x 10
Jumps x 10
Ball toss x 10

You can complete the exercises each for time, or as showcased in the video, in circuit fashion for time to completion.
