Dumbbell Traps Workout -
Exercises:
1️⃣ Overhead Shrug
2️⃣ Bent Front Trap Raise
3️⃣ Behind Shrug
4️⃣ Close Grip Upright Row
Get after it with this dumbbell traps workout! Do 15 reps each exercise resting 30 seconds in between exercises. Once you finish all 4 exercises, that is 1 full round. You can use this trap workout with dumbbells as a 1 round finisher at the end of your training session or you can do 3-4 rounds for a full volume dumbbell only traps workout. Whatever works best for you to get them trap muscle gains out of this world Aliens!
