What’s motivating me to move my body everyday is gaining enough energy where I do not need coffee to stay alert throughout the day. Also I know this is not affordable to everyone but having something like a vitality membership where you get rewarded for exercise (got this through work). Also you can get access to private healthcare too may help with getting more answers. Or something like an apple watch you can track your movement and have a visualisation of progress.

I love love this style of video/content! Habits can be hard to break into but dont give up! Im trying to get back into the habit of healthy eating, its a struggle but i’ll get there

I heard it takes 21 days to create a habit I started my 5-6 miles walking 5 days a week journey in February The struggle is real😭We got this Jessiara 👏🏽
