Cardiovascular disease runs in my family. My mother actually passed away of it lately. My right arm is always tingly, numb and swollen from the tip of my fingers to my shoulder and yet somehow I've been craving watermelon. I've been eating it every day. It's amazing when your body tells you what it needs to protect you

I keep canned pumpkin 🎃 purée and often add it to my Fage 0% Greek yogurt along with stevia and pumpkin pie spice. Sometimes, I add a little coconut cream. Yum!

Thank you. I had a very bad scare this morning. BP shot up to over 200 and I was a little dizzy. I took a couple of Bystolic pills to work on getting it down. I will get some of these fruits tomorrow. I want to live.😢
