Workout of the day.

Dumbell Flyes 4 sets- 1 top set (slow concentrics - slow eccentrics)
Dumbell Press 3 warm up sets - 2 working sets (1 set drop set)
Front raises (not shown in video) (to warm up the front delt)
Smith shoulder press (3 warm up sets - 1 working set + isometrics)
One hand cable tricep extension (not shown in video ) (warm up the lateral head of triceps)
Skull crushers to tricep press (close grip ) (3 warm up sets - 1 top set)
