Could you please deeply explain that how do progressive overload helps in muscle growth? (When we overload ourself over time and some of the muscle tears due to overloading. so, the health food we ear heals us and muscle automatically grows. Is my perspective right ???)

It's hard to stop looking in the mirror after every session. To stop clinging on the looks/results. Just train, train and train, and u will notice a bigger result after a long time, then checking everyday

Bro I don't want muscle😅 because It will reduce my flexibility, I am doing this exercise daily level 1, 3 sets
10 pushups, 15 squats, 30 sec wallsit, 30 sec plank, 20 calf raise, glute bridge 15, arm flex 20 sec, vacuum 20 sec

I don't think this is wrong advice but kind of reductive for people past the beginner stage.

Progressive overload is also what triggers muscle growth, and pretty much how you improve in every aspect of your fitness. It's the way you overload that affects which one you improve. If you just keep adding reps to standard pushups it will turn into a cardio exercise at some point.

To increase maximal strenght, the recommended approach is picking a weight or exercise variation that you find very difficult and perform it for 3-6 reps and generally higher amounts of sets
