Interestingly, number one doesn't help because of my trauma and makes it worse and number three isn't possible for my disability, it's definitely hard when I call a crisis line and they're like can you take a walk or a bath and I'm thinking... That is just not possible. So I have to address my anxiety in other ways, but I would definitely say that for people where these tips work, try to implement them in your life if you can.

I think for me the biggest key to something is consistency. I'll do these little self-care things or working on my mental health things every day where it's just this bite-size step that doesn't take very long and doesn't take very much energy. But repeating it almost every day, to where I don't stress if I don't do it but I do try to do it more often than not, is really helpful for me because it builds up over time.

Honestly the app Finch really helps with that for me personally. It's really good about not giving you things that are overwhelming, but helping with consistency if you do it on a regular basis
