Good video. My only issue is finding a clear wall space at home ..I usually end up using the back of a Z-frame door and my feet get snagged on the bracing ;-)

Good tutorial, Andrew.
I’ll try to keep those key points in mind next time I do them.

Keeping the balance while coming back to top seems to be hardest. The clues one uses to bskance back would be snth, but I guess its something one needs to discover on his own.

Love this exercise. Still can't do a freestanding handstand but I'll make sure to keep working on my overhead pressing strength, eventually working up to the Deep Wall HSPU, so that when I can handstand, strength will not limit me from the Freestanding HSPU.

chest to wall handstand pushup is something really wanna work for however, the gap between feet elevated pike pushup to chest to wall handstand pushup was too massive. Generally I had to use weighted pike pushups to bridge the gap between them. However sadly I do not do it anymore, and just went to overhead press( however i do want to get back to ctw hspu again however my neck strain needs to heal).

You don't truly appreciate a good wall & floor combo until you practice handstands 🤣 love the vid

For some reason, i could do wall handstand pushups without even progressing from pike pushups.

From this video, i realized i may be arching my back a bit. Thanks

Hi Andrew, aweome stuff mate keep up the amazing work :)) I think I commented a while ago stating I was trying Frogstand To Hanstand. Since then, I have learn't to do it :)) Balance is still something I'm working on though and a target of mine is t be doing the handstand shapes you do in your vids xD Yesterday, I even did a freestanding handstand push up however, I did lose my balance as soon as I got back to the top motion. Furthermore, 10 mins later I managed to 2 do in a row xD I was super happy as, I thought it would take me months to a partial one. Benefits of learing frogstand to handstand first xD I did have one question and it's about wrists. Do your click a lot, I find espeically when warming up my wrists, they tend to click a lot when doing wrist rotations, etc? if so, how did they recifty this xD thanks again keep up the amazing work - Neal.

Do you find a psuedo planche push up with almost maximum lean more difficult than a ctw hspu in terms of strength? Also where does my bent arm strength need to be at in terms of reps with ctw hspu in order to straddle planche?

Is it okay to do inverted rows everyday? Or should I take rest days in between?
