Part of having good form is tucking your chin in to your chest. You do not want to be face down if you fall!

Bro pls tell me today I learned the wall handstand push up but when I push up back halfway i come with no problem but the rest my back start arching and paining what should I do pls tell.

Well with that form you are not going to transfer it to free standing properly because your hands are to close to the wall, forearms are not straight and you don’t have straight inclined body.
