Wow. I literally came up with a new plan after stagnating for so long, decided to switch to PPL now with skills direction and this is 90% of my pull workout, albeit slightly different order+added a mobility and ab exercise. Daniel is having too big an influence on me 😂 but I'm happy that it shows im just as capable with a bit of direction!

The only big thing was weighted Dips vs ex pull ups on a different days depending on fatigue.

Now if i can get confirmation my pull/muscle up days, which is similar style to this, is also the same then im set 😂

Thanks a lot for the video. You emphasizing the power of working with bands really helped my workout. I only could do a couple of pike pushups and it would pain me since I couldn't improve before, but now using bands I improve much faster.

Did this last night, solid routine. Usually i can do HS holds for 60 secs comfortably, but at the end of this routine my delts were on fire - love it!

Im gonna do this twice a week, i just need a pull routine like this to do alongside....DANIEL??!!

Need it within the next 4 hours, no pressure!🙏😉🙏

I have been work on the HSP aswell: I made some serious strength gains with V-presses, elevated pike push ups and handstand walks! Now doing one leg in the air with the pike Push ups hope to go to HSP negatives in Januari! Train smart people! And Daniel thanks for the videos, the edits are getting nicer and nicer😊🙏🏼

Only thing I'd say you forgot, is for face to wall handstand holds... You definitely should know how to come out of that position safely, you can get pretty hurt if you aren't ready to come off the wall or do it wrong. 2 ways, walk with your hands off like the easier version, which I don't recommend especially if you are near failure this is gonna be harder. I like the step one hand forward and twist out sideways almost like a summersalt, because it's quick and you're out, just gotta do it properly. But this was a great video and that is a great workout you just gave away for free! I personally don't think you need the weights, but you are right, they are good for handstand pushups.. there's nothing wrong with the overhead presses, however, you don't need them to get handstand pushups. So if anybody is trying to keep their training only calisthenics, you'll be fine if you don't use overhead presses.

I just tried this workout this morning. It’s a solid workout plan but at the end, I can barely do BW dips (usually I do 10-12x20kg weighted on my PPL split) and handstand hold cus of my shoulder fatigue. The volume in this workout is just so insane imo. But apart from that my shoulder is burning real good 🔥💪
