I started training for HSPU the day this video came out.

8 months later I did my first clean rep. Thanks for the guide and mainly, the motivation.

Feel free to ask questions in the comments, I will leave tips in this pinned comment over the next few days.

Tips:
1. If you’re experiencing wrist pain on parallettes along the thumb side of your wrist, try keeping most of your weight near the middle or PINKY side of your palm base. Shifting too much weight too far forward in your hand May cause minor injuries and general instability if you’re not properly conditioned, and can throw off the trajectory of your HSPU.

Your voice is so calming...would love to know what your roadmap was for skills? For example. I went from Muscle-up -> HS -> Front Lever/Back Lever -> HSPU. However, now I feel like I am training for too many skills at once. What was your roadmap (including frequency of training and programming)?

I’ve been trying to achieve this for a while (apparently skipping a few steps, oops), and yours is one of the best tutorial-type video I’ve seen. Thanks for sharing your experience - it’s clearly worked well for you!

For me the first level was the hardest, and everything becomes a flow. It's been a year since I've started training HSPUs and I'm on level 4. So if you're going to start, just start, you will 100% succeed and all your hard work will not be in vain. The only hard part is starting.
Your videos brought me both calmness and motivation. Keep up the good work man. Let's gooo 💪
