Thanks to all the nations sending aid and relief to the United States. Oh Yeah. Nobody even considers it. Oh Well not our first rodeo. Or hurricane. 30+ deaths is sad. But in the Pacific there called typhoons. And less developed countries are laid waste. Emergency response varys greatly from country to country. Historical weather disaster's? India.Bangladesh. Have lost millions....due to Typhoon and the weeks....months of Cholera and dysentery take there toll. Crops and food gone. Famine follows. America experienced our first Big Hurricane in Texas 1900. Little to no warning. And of course no National Emergency response. Killed over 1000. Many on trains flooded and washed inland by the storm surge. It was days before anybody realized an entire city was gone. And the response was slow. Shock. What to do? Rebuild! Get weather stations. Have some kind of evacuation plans.
