Three days after Hurricane Helene tore through the southeast US, rescuers are still searching for missing people in North Carolina. The storm killed more than 100 people across six states.

At least 35 were in just one county of North Carolina, where the devastation was described as "biblical".

Keep sending money to Israel and Ukraine when you can use that money for yourself

What a biased report. I wanted to see the news and get an update as a concerned citizen, instead, the propaganda was just sickening. This natural disaster is not the time for the reporter to bash, nor glorify a political agenda. Truly a sad piece of bad unethical content. Why would your news director let this go on the air? Unless all your content has to have a political leaning????

BS so called reporter didn’t waste time to throw a jab at Donald Trump.

The U.S. should prioritize its own citizens over providing extensive foreign aid, especially when delayed response times during disasters like Hurricane Helene suggest we aren’t adequately caring for our own in times of crisis. This sentiment reflects frustrations with how resources are allocated domestically, compared to the billions spent on international assistance.

The current cost in damages from this storm is over $40 billion. The money sent to Ukraine is over $100 billion.

This really looks bigger than Katrina. Wider area of destruction. Where are all these people gonna go? Where's the national guard? FEMA?
I saw a report that 40k NG from Illinois were deployed to the ME. Thats crazy in itself. Prayers, donations and volunteers to rescue teams like Samaritans Purse. Its gonna be a long road. 😢

IF you're a true reporter/ journalist, please back up your statement with PROOF that
1) HUMAN INDUCED Climate Change caused this catastrophe as opposed to the Climate Change we've experienced since the beginning of time? Or both? Or what percentage of each? Because that's your job.

Trump goes to the see the damage, Biden makes a press conference… Kamala goes back to DC. Sounds like one of the 3 actually care…

Could you not just report the story without making it a political issue. "Trump was there "ostensibly" to survey the damage"... we know where your bias lies
