Totally agree! I also add on his K2 MK7. I know the multi has some too but I like to take more.

I take this multivitamin but just realized he’s using the synthetic form of b6.
I know I really like it but had some weird nerve issues and found out this form of b6 can be toxic. I stopped taking it every single day to just several times a week.
Does anyone know about that?
