Do you know what would be FANTASTIC? A multivitamin that only contains the RDA of any given vitamin/mineral. Most seem to have 2 to 10x the amount of B vitamins for instance. This causes problems. Any recommendations for a multivitamin that doesn't do this??

A multi vitamin is basically nutrient insurance. A back up just in case your diet isn’t on point. Also, you’re body likely won’t even take in all the vitamins
