He is absolutely right. It's been 3 months for me since I had processed sugar last. He didn't mention the post addiction symptoms. I had headaches for two weeks and massive cravings for sugar. Somehow, I fought for 3 weeks and cravings stopped.

Warning : This doesn’t work for all, i dont consume sugar (just very small amount) and i dont feel any changes but yes for few it can show few changes (only few)

Mujhe already sugar intolerance hai
I usually don't eat sweet things
Sometimes I consume sugar once in a month
But the thing is ki mera blood sugar level at sudden fall ho jata hai which leads to fall in blood pressure too
Jisse sometimes I am being unconscious
(vertigo)
So every time I need to keep sweet like candy with me to maintain my sugar level

The thing is mera weight koi kam nhi hai

Another thing is our blood need glucose too
Otherwise you could have disease like hypoglycemia
If the glucose level is increasing then we can reduce it with some treatment
But if the glucose level is decreasing then it's hard to increase which could leads to death

Soo we can't skip sugar completely it's not good for our health
