The only person I trust is Chris Voss and I work in the produce department of a grocery store for 4 years so whatever I hear is free and I think he does do a good job at providing information for people who cannot afford it which is amazing since his top clientele are people throwing in their life savings or people already on the corporate ladder. I think Voss cares about everyone.

How to you respond if in a negation someone uses one of the tactics you have talked about that give them the upper hand or and advantage in some way? Do you play along, simply not give them information?
