This workout will work and help you tone your abs.
This Shredded Abs workout consists of 6 exercises only - but don't underestimate them!
They are quite demanding and if done right, you'll be quite exhausted after 10 minutes only.
In this video, I have a short 10 minute workout for you to do along with me.
Feel free to add more rounds if you are strong enough.
And if you need more time to rest between the exercises, don't be ashamed- take it! And as you get stronger you will be able to perform the entire workout without extra rest.
The main purpose of this video is to not only give you a follow along with ab workout that you can do everywhere but also to show you that the only thing you truly need is: space, your body and most importantly determination.
Please don't forget to warm up before the workout as you want to prepare your body for it and thus prevent injuries:
