Doesn’t the web version have more options/features?

Outlook 365 is a massive regression. I tried really hard to work around the lack of features it has vs the Desktop version but my productivity was so affected I eventually gave up

Does anyone know how to stop my Outlook messages opening in a Chrome browser? This just started happening one week ago. I just want to open my Outlook messages in Outlook, not a web browser. Thanks

Great video. Thank you. I use the desktop version if Outlook which I downloaded from MS365. Is there any way to sync the desktop data to my Outlook Mobile on my iPhone?

I use Outlook web in Microsoft Edge on a touch screen laptop. I used to see a particular layout with the folders on the left, the inbox in the middle and the reading pane on the right. Now the layout changed, and it is as if I'm using the mobile Outlook app, but in a browser on my laptop. How can I change the layout back to what was before. Several features aren't available like this.

The worst experience of my digital career - can't access my account as a phone number i no longer have to get the confirm access.
How can engineers build something so stupid and something that's not supported by a call center any longer - !

Until Outlook web allows me to run VBA scripts and drag-n-drop emails directly out of Outlook into a desktop app, then nah. It's not for me.
