I just started the warrior diet, i fast from 10pm n fast all the way till 6pm the next day. I hv my occasional tea or coffee. Due to my work i go to bed at 1am. Its been working great so far.. I don’t feel hungry at all & i am loving it … this video really helps!!!

Been eating from 6pm til 10pm only M-Sat...no restrictions foe a year now. Lost 60 lbs, from 195 to 135 lbs. Im right where i need to be now, have had to eat a bit more to quit losing.

Keep in mind that you don't need to go through this entire complicated easing into the diet part if you don't want. If you have the willpower, you can skip the ease in part and just start. Although you will have to deal with a hungry stomach, and low energy for the first week. It's much harder to do.

I'm on my 18th days of Intermittent fasting (20:4) Fasting starts at 9:00pm in the evening and ends at 5:00pm the following day❤ thought i can't make it...but i was wrong... First week for me is the adjustment period..then I am ok the following week..❤

Love the 20/4 I eat one meal and snack during my open window and only water or black coffee, tea no sweetener for 20 hours

I lost already 25 kg
110 kg earlier but now i m 85 kg with 20:4
Still going and inshAllah will reach 70 kg only 175 days left, to that point

What i do is i eat between 10 am - 2 PM as much as possible, . No restrictions.... I am an indian and eat a lot of rice... So remember dont try to become the Mr. Perfect.. But its all about consistency ... On your 4 hour windows eat what ever you want and can. But try a little to avoid processed food .. I think KFC and Mc donalds are ok once in a while

20/4 diet after a relatively short time, you dont feel too hungry in that 20 hour time frame when you dont have any calories. The key to looking and feeling good having a healthy hody is eating healthy and exercising regularly. Dont eat sugar or food or drinks with added sugar. Eat raw fruits and raw vegetables. Grains, eggs, fish, legumes - healthy foods. Just drink mostly water and some fruit juice and or vegetable juice. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. Make it part of your day 6 to 7 days a week. Every week.

I’m doing the 20:4 and I don’t eat at all for 20 and eat for 4, honestly i don’t even get hungry so I’m not sure if im doing it wrong

IMO if you’re really going to fast eat nothing until ur 4 hour block, I’ve found so much more success this way rather than light all day

I’ve just started the warrior diet. I’d really suggest not consuming dairy. Also if you struggle with obesity or overeating I wouldn’t advise you to go cold turkey on lean meats the first week. I wouldn’t suggest fast food but this does not have to be torture

That the exact WRONG thing to do.
You just eat until you're full. You don't force yourself to eat more than that.

I don't agree I do 20-4 I do dairy and have a carb everyday like tons but it's healthy foods I eat. I still lost tons not following this I did 20- 4 one big meal with milk fruits and veggies carb and water and I lost lots. So I never followed his plan just know what worked for me

Try eating Raw foods until 4 pm. Small amounts of fruits during the day and then eat high protein meal at night like steak, chicken, or fish till satiety. This is the real Warrior Diet.

I tried 20:4 but I prefer 16:8 instead. Because I was starving and felt exhausted during the day, till eating. So I continued with 16:8. Taking the same calorie with 20:4 doing 16:8 gives the same results. ✨
