WOAH. This is hardcore pro level of intermittent fasting. One day I’ll be at this level, for now I’m going to try not eating after 8PM and slowly stop earlier!

I'm doing this now and find it absolutely phenomenal that I'm eating carbs to support my workouts, but I'm getting into around 0.8mmol/L ketosis. I'm eating around 120- 150 carbs per day. I've done keto and carnivore before, so it's great to see fat adaptation working going back and forth.

Hi. I started with a 24 hour fast but then opted to stick with 20 hours alternate day fasting. I have quite a bit of fat to lose and i am on day 6 today...my eating day

Mine is different I breakfasts at 11am and dinner at 3pm then im active throughout the rest of the day without hunger

Just do 16:8… or 14:6… it gives you a challenge and sets your body into starvation mode without starving yourself for 20 hours

I fast 20 hrs day … eat one meal a day and snacks (fruits) then stop eating by 7. I don’t eat pork or beef. I eat 6 eggs day and fish!!! I also eat chicken breast very little. I drinks protein shakes after my meal. I drinks lots of WATER!!!!

Fasting addresses other stuff but if you still eat food that spikes your insulin, you will not lose weight.
