U just need to add a

100gm wheat with 50g besan or sattu {to make a roti by combining} both of them (this is complete source of protein (24g) also have fibre, iron,and lots of minerals (this is balanced meal no need to add salad, protein (no complication)

Eat with simple sabzi, achar

Eat roti with tea make a iron deficient
