Indian meals are generally not balanced, as they are low in protein and contain more carbs and fats.

For #weight loss, balanced meals are essential instead of switching to salads and oat etc. etc

Why deviate from our desi, staple food 🙄🙄

Just make some additions and make it balanced 😍

We added paneer (protein), veggies (fibre), along with an appropriate portion of rice and dal ( dal is more carbs than protein 🤯)

This makes the plate balanced with the apt amount of protein, carbs and fat required for #weightloss (by being on caloric deficit overall)
