Heyy Sir you are the best gym tutor and your floor x hammer curls are too effective I'm a beginner and i want chest first i started with 4kg dbs now I'm doing 6 kg i do this exercise 3 sets of 12 reps thank you.😍

Thanks for these videos i speak for myself : iron master dumbbells that can stack plates all I have to work with or calisthenics. I don’t use a gym for preference in home or outside workouts

Thank you, Midas. It's just past midnight here in Bloomington, Indiana.

I'm looking forward to doing this workout tomorrow, which will be Sunday. So I have most of the day free. I like your easy to understand way of explaining the workout and your encouraging personality. 🙂

And to everyone who also wants to burn fat, I lost 40 pounds with intermittent fasting! My best effort was losing 20 pounds in 2 months. I also did a lot of yo-yoing. I lost and regained 7 pounds a total of 5 times! I did too much snacking. I was eating healthy foods, like chicken and green beans, but even healthy foods will spike insulin and turn off fat burning.

Nobody just keeps on burning fat. It's always a battle. So don't be hard on yourself, but do be persistent! I have another 8 to 10 pounds to lose to reach my goal.
