Making homemade butter is easy. I visited the Dorest Dairy Co and got sea salt from the Dorset sea salt company to make this fresh delicious cultured butter. All you need is cream, a bowl and a whisk and you're good to go. Butter is the magic ingredients for chefs and is easy to make homemade. Let me show you how to make butter homemade. If you can't get your hands on cultured cream just go for the normal stuff it'll be alright too just not at fermentedly cultured ;)

250ml cultured cream
1 tsp salt
