Killed smoking last year, drinking this year. Working on cutting sugar and pron by half.
I can breathe easier and better, my singing has dramatically improved, people compliment my voice more, more people like to be around me since I don't smell like cig smoke. Dropping drinking has helped my mood and self awareness, I have lost some bad weight, and dropping both saves me HUNDREDS of dollars per month, that I put towards online classes, better quality food, and healthy hobbies! Dropping both has also saved a dozen hours per week. If an old grouch like me can do it, so can you! Best your best self!

Hey Clark, just wanted to say, you inspired me to start journaling back in 2017, and after 6 years of journaling I just now remembered you were the original inspiration. It's the end of the year, and I'm running out of space in my journal again. One of the best pieces of advice, given to me by a stranger on the internet.

Lots of great advice here.

One thing that definitely helped my life is finding a hobby that let me turn my brain off a little bit from my "real life". For me that was adult rec league hockey and now playing Warhammer. Taking the time to switch the brain off from your real life and throwing yourself into something that takes your whole brain to do really helps recharge the battery.

I would really love to see an in depth video on how to make a vision board and its benifits. How to prioritise what dreams I should go for first. How to designe and use it efficiently and effectively.

Hey, Clark. I love what you said re: the news. As a business owner, I remember feeling like I needed to keep current with all of the news all of the time. You're right, it's impossible, draining and changes with the wind. If I need to know, I'll know. Since ditching the news, I've been happier and way more productive.
