I am 34 weeks pregnant with my second child and have been following your workouts since about 30 weeks pregnant. I wish I had found you sooner...love them! I combine your prenatal pilates and stretches with Nancy Taylor's prenatal cardio/hiit and Ashley Keller's prenatal strength workouts. This is really tough. So much tougher than I would have thought. Iโ€™m 20 week and Iโ€™m just getting back into regular working out since becoming pregnant, but this is day 2 Iโ€™m doing it, and itโ€™s easier than yesterday!! Im aiming for 4-5 days a week of this plus a bit of weight lifting in the gym!

When I did this workout, my knees and palms hurt so bad from the pressure or holding myself up! Does that get better with practice?

Right now it been two months after my delivery...can I follow this...doc ask me to follow prenatal exercise but avoid lower abdomin exercise fr the time being..please suggest
