Another excellent, and informative video, I wish I had watched this years ago, thanks so much. Also once the back has settled what kind of exercises should I be doing please? I used to cycle, walk, lift weights, had done for years, but when I started getting these spasms more frequently, I kinda backed off then with mixed advice and suggestions of what I do from physios, I became uber confused, and literally ended up stopping everything! Keep up your excellent work. Harry

Hello! This is a wonderful exercise. I have pain as well on both my left and right shoulders/anterior lateral when I move my arms across and not as much when I raise my arms. Was wondering if this McKenzie exercise will also help me get rid of my shoulder pains for good? Other exercises just didn't work and I already did 2 cortisone shots on both shoulders with no relief. Thanks much!

wow, how did that remove my pain? i thought it was from over exertion or bad form (it was pretty good - maybe not perfect) from my last weeks bench? (at 0 reps in reserve).

so i just do these workouts before and after any workouts involving shoulder joints and im safe? ☺️

You extend too much of your low back to compensate your shoulder flexion mouvement.
