I agree, so many people do not train their rotator cuff, and i have done training of it in many years, and that is the main reason why i do not have shoulder pain. I have also quite a lot of videoes about training shoulder and rotator cuff, because it is so important. Your content is really good! :D

I keep thinking I need to do fascial release work before I do any exercises like this for strengthening. Pain in upper middle & lower back. Yelled when chiropractor pushed down on my arms when I was on my back. Lots of sitting & phone watching. Also both shoulders hurt. Especially my right. Can’t wash my back completely in the shower
