That means you are jumping out of the bed into your exercise dress and onto your yoga mat. It may be at 5 am, 6 am or 7 am, whatever time you wake up, make it a habit to do these simple and effective exercises that will boost your energy, release stiffness or tiredness and improve your metabolism!
