I’ve dealt with fatigue but it’s not bad enough that I want to stop taking the meds. Down 60 pounds and I don’t want to regain it. I have also had a drippy nose the entire time I have been on the meds. ?

Don’t do it. Side effects I experience ; constipation like never before, nausea, dizziness that won’t go away and depression. It is simply not worth it.
Losing the weight is great but the old fashion way is better. This stuff makes digestion so slow that pooping is next to impossible as is eating we do have to eat but
there is no way and nutrients are not getting into the body. Hence, you feel like crap.

I am surprised that statistics do not analyse the "extreme tiredness", while in the comments, it seems so ordinary; what is the main side effect in a placebo group to reach 86%? Perhaps they said it doesn't make you lose weight. I have doubts about the reliability of that video.
