I always felt like a leader. I literally cant handle seeing people who are not working efficiently. Even as a non leader I used to step in, not out of gain for myself in any way but because its needed. I don't agree with a lot of these traits. I feel like stuff like empathy and some of the nice guy stuff is actually bad. I feel its way more important to be able to act to give empathy. I promise you that in construction industry anyway, if you have real empathy, you wont be winning much. Nice guys finish last 100% of the time in my line of work. These people can show empathy when theres benefits of showing but if your making company decisions based on things like empathy...good luck. It's all just a big game we're playing and if one company bases decisions on empathy and one company appears to have empathy but makes decisions based on winning, whos going to win. If your not winning, your losing and when the market goes into recession, losing companies will be screwed.

Personally I never cared to take leadership in anything. It always was pushed on me by my friends and family as a child because I was born with all these traits. Now I just agree if someone wants me to lead because I know from my experience of leading, that I can give a great outcome for others by leading. And i enjoy helping others and keeping them motivated and valued. ❤

It is ironic how I have all the traits, even my personality type (ENTJ) is supposedly a natural born leader and yet, I have this feeling in the back of my head that I just suck at leadership and need improvement, although, I've never really had to be a leader, so who knows.

Also the last trait is kinda questionable, while I do treat everyone with the same respect, there are some people who I simply cannot treat with respect, I'm talking about liars, fake people, toxic people etc.
