I use lacrosse balls and foam roller when possible but I have some trigger points I can't get to go down, any ideas?

Great... how about erector spinae and other low back message techniques... I use a wooden egg and roll on that when I get spasms abt 2x/yr would love Maintenence routine for stretch and massage to avoid those of u have suggestions
