Yessss! Tried this on a very, very, very (3 verys) sore calf muscle around 2 this morning. Didn’t rush, used the knuckles and two hands like you showed, finally got to sleep. This morning woke up and IT’S A MIRACLE! No pain. Swollen feet gone. Soft muscle. Folks, THIS WORKS. NO water pills. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Spencer. 🙏🙏🙏 🤩

This is amazing! I thought my legs would never feel light again, but after this easy and quick massage they do. Now it's a great part of my evening routine :) it also seems like my spider veins are getting fainter. Anybody else had this experience?

My job requires standing for around 9 hours. I only get to sit when I go to the loo or eat. I feel relived after doing this massage, hoping to feel a lot better. Thank you and more power!

I had some nocturnal cramps a few days ago. First time it was my right leg, 2 nights later it was my left. Ever since then my calfs have been super tight and I couldn't comfortabley sit straight or even lay down without feeling them twitch, constantly stressed. The muscles felt super hard like they were constantly flexed. Half way through the massage, my right leg felt great and I noticed that the calf didn't feel hard or twitchy anymore. Thank you for the tutorial, I can finally sleep comfortably

I had a bad calf muscle pain after I climbed a hill on Tuesday and ran 5 k Wednesday morning. Pain was unbearable, hot/cold pad treatment didn't help. Desperately came on YouTube looking for help as I had a 10 k virtual marathon event on Sunday. I was thinking of dropping off the race. After I did one session with this video I felt 50% better. Did two more sessions on Saturday and I was cured 90% and I took part and finished my 10 K in 00:59:20 😊

I had this uncomfortable tightness in my calf for the last few days after I had been doing a certain stretch routine. I decided to try this video and I CAN'T BELIEVE IT WORKED!! The tightness is completely gone! Keep up the good work my friend. Blessed.
