I’ve been saying this to myself everytime i felt slightly insecure or worried when surrounded by a large group of people my age! 1. Most people are really too busy to even care about judging you
2. Most of the negative opinions come from people who barely know you and aren’t even close to you so why should their assumptions matter to you?
3. You weren’t born to be a people’s pleaser, if someone doesn’t like you despite you treating them nicely then that’s their problem and theirs only and not yours to fix.
4. You’re flawed/imperfect and there’s nothing you can do about it, but guess what? You’re not alone because every single person in this world is flawed no matter how rich or successful they are so never be harsh on yourself for your deficits ❤️

Sir, you are very wrong. In Asia, it is the parents and family who is supposed to be the number one emotional support but turns out to be the most villain and critic people. That is why there is a high number of suicidal at the very young age here in Asia compared to other especially in Japan, Korea, and Philippines.
