IMPORTANT: For those who do not see the XMP or OC option, you have to click on the search icon at the upper right part of your screen and search for "XT", then, XMP option appears and you enable it.

PERFECT!, simple as that, no need for you to manually choose your RAM speed, like i did and thought it was going to work, and the PC didn't reboot, and i had to jumpstart CMOS putting a screw driver between the 2 pins of the battery. This method is only a click and the MSI system will automatically recognize your RAM speed. And i already noticed my memory used to be at 7.0/31.9GB, now it's at 5.4/31.9GB, two points down of RAM use. Thanks a lot!

Mine has 2 xmp profiles at 00:35. I wonder if one profile works differently than the other

Thank you for this, have been meaning to do this on my lads pc and your video was short and to the point. I think the reason why I didn’t try it a year ago was the bios that I found was in colour (like yours) but his was grey/monochrome. However the same still applied. And now I look like a god in his eyes (well for the next 20 mins)

My XMP profile option where you clicked is greyed out and doesn’t register any clicks. Is there an extra step to enable it?

My bios isnt letting me select xmp profile

This worked perfectly for one entire night, I went to sleep, the next day "memory overclock failed!" and that's it. Never worked again. Doesn't matter the voltage, the frequency, the "memory try it!" thing, so wierd.

So I have Click BIOS 5 but, in the top left it has an area that says A-XMP and inside that it says “Not Supported”. Even when I go into F7 there’s no option to enable a XMP profile anywhere.

Mine already says 6000 MHz in Task Manager, I guess the place that built my PC enabled it.

I see for yours xmp2.0is greyed out but my ram is made for xmp 2.0 and I got a z690 a pro msi board
