How to enable XMP on Asus motherboards

Benchmark program said to enable XMP. Your vid is the 1st I found that explained the D.O.C.D/XMP situation with ASUS. So the XMP setting was actually right in front of me..just with a different name. Thanks for saving me time.

even if i try to arrow key up it dosnt do anything the enable button is just not there

DONT do this without updating your bios or else your pc will show no display and you will have to take the cmos out to reset your bios settings.

I have a board Asrock B550 Extreme 4 and RAM Xyper x 32GB 3600mhz, when I turn on the xmp at 3600mhz, the pc does not show the image on the monitor, at 2400 and 3000 it works, but at 3600 it won't, help?
