What to do if XMP 1 & XMP 2 are not stable?

I have noticed a lot of failures to get xmp working is the failure to bump up the dram voltage to 1.3v

I see some videos recommending not to turn on xmp till finished windows installation and to update bios first, do I really need to update or it depends on what variables ??

Question, I just changed my ram, xmp2 won’t show up in my bios only xmp1. Is everything okay with my new ram or not

I am using XPG Lancer 16gb 5600mhz CL46 can i push it to 6000mhz and buy another 6000mhz in slot 2. So that both run at 6000mhz?

why change the dram divider manually rather than setting it to XMP 1 - 5600mhz profile? what is the difference?

I'm try this, just built my pc yesterday and choose one. And got blue screen 30 mins after then try again and started a game and did it again.
I'm try 2, then I try bumping it down like guys saying

i have 14700k and i'm trying to xmp enable my ram to 7200 mhz, idk when i play games my pc crashes to BSOD, i tried msi try it and now it is working fine with 6400mhz, why cant i run my ram to its full speed? i heard some people saying to overclock my CPU too, it that really a thing?

When I turn on xmp my boot time jumps from 10 sec to 3minutes
