Sweet, you always have innovative and intentionally effective exercises.

The backwards diagonal one legged RDL is one of my favourite ones— Sally McRae has a good variation adding an arm press upon standing.

(Your cueing is on point: cocontraction w big toe👌🏻)

I like the standard KB swing, and another one I don’t like as much, which is why I do it = KB 1/2 kneeling halo.
