The best legs and arms exercises for kids are included in this new 15-minute workout!!

Our bodies always need strength and agility to move, so today I prepared a challenge to strengthen kids' arms and legs, which are the most responsible for these two skills. The workout features weight-bearing resistance exercises that are 2-in-1 movements. They'll focus on the arms and legs and are a combination of standing and mat exercises. The mat routines will be done in two sets.

As well as strengthening these muscles and burning calories, the little ones will be able to improve their fitness and well-being and I can say for sure that they'll love performing these challenging, dynamic, and fun moves!
