This is SO smart! I teach cooking to kids and this is our goal for them to be able and do this one day and make it easier for them to know the healthy things and how to make them DELICIOUS! Keep up the great work we love watching 😃❤️

These salads are phenomenal, I just wish they were more deficit friendly. I can't have 2 tbsp of oil in any single serving meal, thats like 200+ calories just for the oil 😂

i’m struggling with food issues so when i read healthy than saw that the first thing you poured in was all that oil i was terrified lol but it looks good :)
