Thank you so much for this meditation, I am sure it has helped a lot of people! But what I don't like about some youtube meditations is the ads at the end, so when you understand that the meditation is coming to the end you have to make sure that you take off your headphones before the ad will start, and that can be quite disruptive and get you out of your peacefulness.
