I did factory reset and now my x96 shows nothing. So i buy a new one, problem solved 100 % !!!

It was a factory reset, but after that, stuck on big sign " X96 mini" for hours and hours, even days. Now i just want to send it back to the factory for free, just one more problem, i don't know the address. Any idea ?
