This is a video that will go through my favorite 5 BALANCE exercises, all in a standing position. Feel free to use the wall or a chair to assist you. These are designed to help with improving your balance and strength and help prevent falls. They are for all ages, levels, and sizes, but designed for the active senior. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years experience. ENJOY!

I've been doing your exercises for four months now and i must say aside from losing 11 kgs, my overall body movements has improved a lot. I can now cut my toenails without difficulties. Thank you so much and looking forward to more videos. 👍👍

I am a 40 yr old who had ACL repair surgery before 2 years and I have been struggling with Balance and adductor pain and weakness since more than a year. These exercises are challenging for me but I am sure that doing these exercises for atleast 2 months would surely help me. Thank you so much!

I have been a member but due to health. I haven’t done anything but walks. I just finished my last radiation treatment for Breast cancer. I am ready to do more than walking and my physical therapy. Checking my balance was a great start.

Great exercises for balance I need us a little bit because I'm unsteady due to pronation and duck feet and hip hike thank you for the exercise if you have any other suggestions for my severe pronation duck feet and hip hike I would appreciate it I also have severe rheumatoid arthritis

Thank you, Jenny. I am 73 and just started because I fell and fractured my wrist recently. I’m wondering is it important to wear shoes or can I do these exercises barefoot? Please let me know. Thank you so much.❤️
