that's very interesting cause it appears that I've been doing a psysiological sigh since my childhood reflexively. sometimes when I feel very stressed I'm doing these sighs unintentionally and I've always thought that something wrong with me, and I need to check my health, but it turns out that maybe my body is just trying to calm down like this automatically and without my knowing. this is truly incredible

I love the explanation and the pathophysiology of this physiological sigh. Thank you. Some of us like to understand WHY and HOW we do things, and not just want the quick fix version This is obviously what is wrong with our society, especially healthcare. People want a pill to fix their issues instead of putting in the work. Thanks Andrew!

Thanks for sharing lots of great content. I've used physiological sigh for about six months to complement my anxiety treatment. NSDR and Yoga Nigra are also part of my tool kit. I am now three months without medicines for sleeping and pain relief. I wonder if you have any content about Buteyko breathing - another great technique.

I am an environmental scientist and the reason I decided to use your tools is because they are scientficly ground.

Thanks so much for your help!

This is right on time. I have anxiety attacks since i hat a car accident. Hat a concussion and other injuries which made me pull back and stay home about 70% of the time from being all over the place and very chatty. And tomorrow i have to attend a wedding. So i am practicing today the right breath work so i don't get confused cuz i used to do it wrong and it wasn't working.

Is it a slow exhale? When I do double in breath, they are both deep. Wish you’d demonstrated.

Whenever I try hard to solve a problem there is pain in leg and sometimes my hands . It feels like blood is not flowing correctly . And I hate this situation because If I stop trying hard then I won’t achieve anything.
