Ready for some tricep exercises that will make sure you add inches to those arms, let’s get after it.

Like I said in the video I actually planned on making an entirely different video but after a solid hour of frustration I thought I should “ask the audience” to see what they wanted and this was one of my favorite responses.

When it comes to tricep finishing exercises there is really only one guiding principle, just push as much blood as possible into that muscle and finish damaging those fibers. Now you can definitely attack an entire workout this way which I recommend but if you’re not used to training this way then this is a good way to ease into it.

Yes. I do the last one except full extensions: pull it from the top down to shoulder height and from shoulder height equal out.

I’ve been doing the barbell one forever and I can guarantee those are like the Bulgarian split squats for legs, the single best exercise for growth in my experience

I love doing a 1 minute hold using the rope on the cables. The pain is insane. After the minute, drop the weight, hit as many reps as possible then go to partials. Then another 1 minute hold.
