IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

I have just finished my 2021 Get Fit Challenge! And it’s my 25th birthday!

So so glad that I decided to get on this journey even though I’m doubtful of the results as it is not a weight loss program. After contemplation and research, the challenge works for the long run in terms of gaining muscles that would work your fat off even while you rest. My first Chloe Ting experience as you would call it was the 2019 2 Weeks Shred (lost 30cm of my body measurements). The next adventure was the 2020 2 Weeks Shred (didn’t lost much and barely finishes). After a few months break 😅😂, I went into the Get Fit Challenge against all reviews that I encountered saying “don’t bother”. I’m so glad that I did because I lost 22.86cm off of my body. I can clearly see/feel my leg muscles, biceps and back muscles (not to forget glutes, especially after this workout). My arms have gotten leaner and my posture better. They are much more defined and I feel super great about that. Oh and I sweat, a lot in this challenge and my naps are well spent.

I hope that my comment helped some people who were trying and struggling to motivate yourself to push through no matter what people say.

Spent the last 3 years in a deep depression, I broke my leg in 2019 and needed a big surgery to be able to walk again, then the pandemic came. I got COVID 3 times and my muscles disappeared. So did my cardiovascular capacity... I am a former dancer and my relationship with my body is among the most important things for my mental health. I love you, been doing your get toned challenge for two weeks already, and I feel how my depression is almost gone, how my body memory is working, and how I'm in control of my body after many traumatic events. From injuries to gender violence, from eating disorders to being aware that food should not be a source of guilt but fuel and enjoyable. Love from Colombia, Chloe.

I’m in day 12, don’t quit !!! Believe me it’s totaly worth it !
Already lost 2.5 kg, I really look more fit !! My thighs is getting smaller but also in a good shape ! And the weight am using is getting so much lighter, So keep going !!!

I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for almost 4 years now, I’m anorexic and bulimic. I am now 8 months binge-free, and 5 months fast-free. Chloe, u helped me learn to love my body in a way that I almost forgot I could. U stopped me from measuring myself every weak, u stopped me from weighing myself everyday, u stopped me from starving and binging over and over and over.
