Oh my gosh, I’ve tried so many things to chill my brain at bedtime! Apparently all I needed was to listen to Jason Stephenson videos to feel better rested and less stressed.
Seriously thank you. I think this might be a turning point for me and my anxiety.

This works well. I have major anxiety at night and this helped me alot to sleep. If you have really bad anxiety then watch this cuz it works like a charm. Goodnight to everyone 🌌🌃

These affirmations are the best remedy for me especially when I am physically unwell. Struggling with arthritis and a too-busy life (and occasional runaway mind) at a time of almost universal chaos - working on sleeping and healing and staying sane and functional can be a real challenge. I especially like this one with the affirmations that help me stay on track - inside, or outside, the conscious relief that relaxation in sleep makes possible. This is a lovely interlude and I expect to return to it often. Love and blessings.

This guy is amazing I used to not be able to sleep at all at night. My mind would wander and I just didn’t sleep it would make me fall asleep in class. But ever since I started listening to him every night I have never gotten better or deeper sleep in my life
