A workout video with no cringe posing and jumping up and down, with no cringe over energetic "HIIII FAMILLYYY!!!" and 2minutes talking with "smash that like button" and no annoying "you can do this you're a queen guuuurl".
Just a peaceful workout video, nothing extra rubbish we don't need to hear or see, just what I need, been so tired of spending half hour searching for a non-cancerous workout video every time before exercising until it finally ruins my mood to it.

this is the best abs workout ever! If you really want to get a flat stomach in a little time then do this video because I can guarantee you on my body that it’s worth it .

This is the best ab workout I have tried. I started exercise last summer and about 2 months later, I see noticeable results. I still do this every other day. Thank you so much for this video.

Good workout, but I wish there was a little bit of time for us to catch the movement before the timer started. Because of this, I didn't get the full 30 seconds for each exercise.

I can definitely see a difference in my lower abs and a little definition in my upper abs but I've been doing this with cardio workouts as well so keep that in mind:) but try it out you'll feel a nice burn...

Ive tried sooo many ab workouts and just a few ones really work my abs (such as pamela's, blogilates and some of madfit) but i felt this one :) (maybe bc i was sore from yesterday but still it was a good workout, even tho i prefer people talking through the movements i still like it)😋💜 and yeah, its soo similar to Pamela but A LOOOT of workouts are similar between them (we cant expect every person to make up an original ab workout every damn time and FOR FREE😂just appreciate it and dont judge, im thankful i got so many videos and trainers to work with)

I love this workout, I feel the burn in the right area. The only thing i add is a 10 sec pause between each exercise to catch some breath.
