Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware #narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( #NPD ) and I’ve been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything. The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the #Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Going through this now. My Children’s father isn’t speaking to me. He feels like I should apologize to him for disagreeing with how he chose to discipline our son. Well, if putting lipstick on your son to humiliate him for talking in class is disciplining him, I’m definitely against it. He feels that because I disagreed with it in front of our son I was undermining his authority. I will not apologize for protecting my son against his father’s disturbing actions. So, now he doesn’t speak, and guess what neither do I. I’m matching energy this time around.

For me it's my mother and I've finally blocked them. "Both parents" I haven't been physically ill since. That in it's self speaks volumes. I was a nervous, sick mess for years, blocked them and realized it's not fibromyalgia it's the hell they were putting me threw. I feel like a completely different person.

After he told me off in the same sentence he said enjoy your day, I'm going to work like nothing happened. I text him like what happened earlier? No reply just silent treatment time. One thing I'm learning is you have to realize you can not fix a Narcissist. They have to put in the work and help themselves.

He tried to silent treatment me and our one year old for six months while he ran around with a pr0stitute after assualting me in front of our child. He left intentionally refusing to provide for her (which is child abuse) then tried to return like, now I want to see my baby, lets work this out. What a lunatic. That's just a small example of how mentally unhinged and audacious they are. Their self-absorbtion knows no bounds to the point of child abuse. The silent treatment is a blessing. Use it to keep these trashy people out of your life. Protect your precious life.

My narc ex is beyond petty!
To her the silent treatment = you are dead to her Forever! And the more time she doesn't talk to you, the more she convinces herself that you are dead. This woman's ability to wipe you off the face of the earth in her mind is a super power, she will not budge no matter what!
I have been on her bad side quite a few times over the yrs and I swear to you, I was dancing with the devil.

Whenever my sons father gives me the silent treatment even though we are not together and he is married I just go silent too I never text, call or even try to communicate with him through our son. He eventually reaches back out to me asking why I haven’t contacted him and I tell him well didn’t you want silence lol pisses him off 🤷🏽‍♀️

Before I realized that a lot of my family members were narcissistic (and I am depressed with withdrawal symptoms)
I always wondered why we would go months without talking to each other. It really would be like a ceasefire. When I hear of people that talk to their relatives or call their mom every week it’s just so bizarre to me. When my mom gives me the silent treatment I am actually glad because the rest of the time she treats me like I am her slave. So the silent treatment is actually a good thing in my book. I hurts the most when my husband does it because I actually want him, but I don’t really care/notice when my parents or brothers do it.
Maybe after a while it hurts a little .

This makes a lot of sense . Ive decided to go no contact with my ex bf since november. He reaches out in weird ways he used to have his mom message me or his sister but i blocked everyone bc if he can’t reach out to me then I aint talking .

I went cold turkey and a couple of months later her friend, whom I'd never met, rang me and reached out on behalf of (family member) with news that she had cancer. This is same family member who lied years before about having cancer. Anyway I took the bait.. and our toxic dance started all over again.
Today I have been sober of that relationship 8 years, not been near a drop of her presence.

These videos has really help me understand alot about NPD my kids father is currently doing the silent treatment on me everytime I confront him about something or he gets caught example: cheating he makes me feel like I’m the crazy one even with all the proof I have gave to him he still will continue to lie about it. Then he will leave me don’t speak to me for weeks I find myself apologizing knowing I did nothing wrong but because we have 2 babies together both under age 3 and I just found out I’m pregnant again all I want is peace. Like I told him we don’t have to be together let’s just keep it cordial for our kids no matter how much I have tried to talk to him and reason with him he is so upset he won’t respond texts, calls nothing!!!! It hurts so bad but I guess I just have to move on and do it all on my own. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The silent treatment is the worst punishment. Can you do a video on what the narcissist is thinking during that time or their perspective? Or are the victims just “out of sight, out of mind” … and the narc is just onto the next?
